Shilajit Resin - Mountain Spirit

1. Take a small, pea-sized amount of Shilajit resin, no more than 500mg.
2. Dissolve it in a cup of hot, but not boiling, water.
3. Stir the mixture until the resin is completely dissolved.
4. Once fully dissolved, drink the mixture.
